Hi, I’m Lavanya. Early in my career, I saw a frustrating pattern: the fitness industry was handing one-size-fits-all plans to women with unique hormonal profiles, post-partum recovery needs, and demanding schedules. It wasn't working.
Global Expertise: My qualifications are recognized by REP’s (Register of Exercise Professionals) UAE and through membership, portable to other ICREPS (International Confederation of Register for Exercise Professionals) member countries including the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland, Poland, India, United States of America, and Canada.
I created Niche Fitness to be the antidote to that generic approach. My mission is to provide empathetic, evidence-based coaching that honors your body's complexities. I believe fitness should relieve your stress, not add to it, by integrating seamlessly into your real life.
